1.Brush teeth atleast twice a day (mostly after eating)
2. Most of the bacteria in the mouth reside on the tongue ,hence it is very important to clean the tongue with the help of a scraper or toothbrush.
3. Also using of floss plays an important role in maintaining good breath.
4.Washing and rinsing the mouth atleast three times after eating and this is very important to avoid some stayed back jams on the tooth gums.
